Very often when I think of something unique(according to me),I get over excited and start imagining things.Sadly,a simple Google search pulls me back into reality with a thud.It happens very often I admit!
I love Bourbon biscuits and enjoy having it every once in a while. As I sat splitting the biscuit and licking the cream,a sudden idea popped up in my head. How about a biscuit milkshake?Ideas started running in my head overtime and I couldn't contain my excitement. As usual,Google'd it to see if it was unique after all.Apparently not.
There are so many recipes available online. But I decided to stick with what I had in my mind.I made a slightly thicker version, similar to those Crushers available in KFC,which gives me another idea.I am going to try it with Oreo Cookies next time!
Bourbon Biscuit Milkshake
Ingredients(serves 1)
Frozen/Chilled Milk - 1 cup
Bourbon Biscuits - 3-4
Hersheys Chocolate Syrup - 1 tbsp
Instant Coffee - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Method
In a blender/juicer jar mix together all of the ingredients and blend for 2-3 minutes or till you get a smooth milkshake.Lesser time would give you a milkshake with some crunchy bits.So adjust the time according to your preference.
Serve chilled.
